Once you have created projects and events in your CRM, you can create tickets. Tickets allow users to book a place for your event, complete a payment (if required) and submit information about the person booking the ticket and any event participants.

Event tickets

To add Event tickets that grant access just to one event, head to that event in your CRM, then select 'Tickets' from the top menu.

First, add a ticket group. Ticket groups allow you to limit capacity and the total number of tickets sold for a group. You can also specify the 'on sale dates' here - make sure that these are in the future, so your tickets appear for sale.

Next, add ticket types to your group.

Here, you can specify a certain capacity for this ticket type. For example, you may have a certain limit for free tickets, but an unlimited number of paid tickets.

If you have set the capacity for the ticket group as a whole in the previous step, the actual number of tickets sold in total will not exceed that capacity.

You can specify a Person Form and a Record Form that must be completed when purchasing tickets of this type. If forms are selected, then during the checkout process the buyer will need to complete the form and assign the tickets to a person.

Series tickets

You can add a Series ticket at the project level, which grants access to all events in your series.

To configure tickets for a project, select 'Tickets' from the top menu when viewing your Project.

Then, select 'Tickets' from the side menu and then add a ticket group.
