Video transcript

Once you’ve added the membership add on to your account, you can set up membership plans.

Give your plan a name, and a description which will be displayed to members. Select how often this plan renews, and the price, including any joining fees.

You’ll have the option to accept payment via card, direct debit, or invoice.

Memberships can be shared, and you can select a maximum number of people to share with here.

Once your plan is configured, you can add new members to this plan. This can be accessed via your membership sign up page, or a direct link.

To add a member manually, head to your Memberships dashboard and click ‘Add Member’.

Here, you can see the form which members must fill in to create this membership. All that’s left is for your supporters to sign up!

Managing your Membership Plans

1. Navigate to Memberships from the main menu

2. Navigate to Membership Plans

3. Your membership plans are listed

You can change the order that your plans appear on your sign-up page by re-ordering you plans on this list. Just grab the up/down arrows to change the order.

Add or Edit a Membership Plan

2. Complete the form to create your plan

When payment should be taken: Set this to As soon as possible to collect the payment one month or year from the sign-up date. Or set to Specific Date if your memberships renew on a particular date – e.g. at a fixed date each year.

Add this as a choice on the public website: Whether or not this plan can be joined online via your sign-up link.

Choose No for hidden plans, these can be added into the system via the Add Membership button on the membership dashboard.
