Invite your team to your CRM

Grant access to your CRM using users

When you're ready to collaborate with your team, you can give them access to your CRM. As long as you have two or more seats, you can add and remove access for different people as much as you like.


Inviting team members to GoodCRM

You'll need to add you team member as a Person before they can be given access.

1. Go to the Tools & Settings section from the top-right menu

2. Click on the Users card under System settings


3. Search for and select the Person you wish to grant access to, and click Give Access


4. Check the user details and add a Password, then click Save

5. Your new user will appear on the list

We do not send the new users an email for security reasons.

Please advise team members to reset their password via the link on the login screen.

If you wish to revoke access for a user, just click the Trash icon, this will remove the person's access and leave their person profile in tact. You can reinstate their access at any time by repeating the process to add a new user.
