The 'Bulk Actions' button allows you to edit and amend your record forms responses in bulk.

When viewing form responses in the CRM, select the tick box next to the 'Bulk Actions' button to select all record form responses. Or, select just the responses you wish to edit by using the tick box next to each response.

Multiple options will then appear, including Delete All, Move All, Set Tags, and Set Connections.
Delete All
This action will move all of the selected responses to your Recycle Bin. Select 'OK' on the pop up to confirm deletion.
Move All
This action allows you to move all of your responses into a different record form. This can be helpful if you have an external and internal version of the form, and need to move responses through your internal process.
Select 'Move All', then you will be asked to select which form to move your data to.
Click on your desired form. The selected responses will then be moved to that form.
Set Tags
This action allows you to add tags to a specified tag field on your responses.
Select 'Set Tags'. You'll then be asked which field you want to add these tags to, and can specify the tags to add.
You can also remove existing tags - this is handy if you'd like to remove an 'For review' or 'In progress' tag and replace it with a new tag.
Once confirmed, your selected responses will be tagged.
Set Connections
This action allows you to connect selected responses to other data in your CRM, using Connection fields.
Select 'Set Connections'. You will then be asked to select which Connection field to update. Then, you can specify the connection - for example, connecting to one of your existing projects or events, or to a person or organisation.
You can also remove any previously set connections from the selected field by ticking 'Remove any existing connections'.
